Ukushisela ithangi likawoyela wemoto (ngokuvamile elenziwa-ngensimbi yekhabhoni ephansi noma i-aluminium) kusetshenziswa aumshini wokushisela umthungokudinga ukunemba ukuze kuqinisekisweukuvuza-, okuqinile, futhi{1}}ama-seams angangeni. 1. I-Material & Design Prep

  • Okubalulekile:

Amathangi Ensimbi: Sebenzisa-insimbi ye-carbon ephansi (isb, i-SAE 1006/1010) ukuze ikwazi ukushisela.

  • Thumela-Ukupholisa Weld:

Vuthela umoya ocindezelwe phezu kwendawo yokushisela ukuze unciphise ukuhlanekezela.

  • Ukuvuza Test:

Cindezela ithangi ukuze0.5 ibha→ Gxila emanzini; hlola ama-bubbles (ukuhlolwa okungu-100%).

  • Ukuhlolwa Okulimazayo:

Sika isampula → Kalaububanzi be-nugget(kufanele kube Khulu noma kulingane nokuthi √𝑡, lapho 𝑡=ugqinsi lweshidi).

  • I-Visual/Dye Penetrant:

Hlola ukuqhekeka, i-porosity, noma izimpawu ze-electrode.
